It was my first time having Craniosacral Therapy and I didn’t realise how much my body needed it.  Loraine was warm and professional and made me feel at ease from the onset, with her cosy treatment room I didn’t want to leave! The treatment was relaxing yet released a lot of pent up tension that I just thought was part of me. I am still astonished by the effects of such a gentle treatment and would highly recommend Loraine to anyone with physical or mental stressors or just for some TLC. Thank you Loraine! 

I had a treatment today with Loraine, she was so professional and made me feel very relaxed, I have been suffering from lower back pain as iv recently just had a baby and i felt so much relief, even after just 1 treatment. I cant wait for my next one! 10/10!

Incredibly relaxed and calm environment, with a very gentle but effective treatment. My baby has shown incredible relaxation in their hips and shoulders, and I also have felt a huge release. Fantastic treatment, can't recommend this place enough! 

I started seeing Loraine after a sudden and impactful fall, which resulted in a severe break and 2 fractures. The treatment which is still ongoing has made a huge difference not only for the injuries but also for my own mental wellbeing recovery.  I can't recommend highly enough.

I went to Loraine as I was tired of feeling bulked down by menopause, grief, stress, TMJ and back pain. After a few sessions, emotionally I definitely feel lighter and calmer in myself. Physically, my neck, shoulders and hips have freed up for greater mobility and comfort. Overall, Loraine‘s gentle approach has bought me far greater sense of restorative well-being that I can’t quite explain but I would highly Recommend! 

Thankyou Loraine for my 2nd treatment today, the 1st treatment completely got rid of excruciating nerve pain bought on by sciatica, working on hip pain today I have no doubt will have the same effect. I cant recommend old forge therapies enough. I have been seeing Loraine for craniosacral therapy for lower back pain and through our sessions I have not had this pain in over a year!
