I highly recommend Old Forge Therapies - a wonderfully relaxing experience from start to finish.  Loraine takes such great care to make you feel comfortable and well looked after.  Her calm, professional approach ensures you leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

I went to see Loraine for two reasons, firstly to deal with lower back pain and secondly due to day to day stress.  Loraine explained that her treatments were low impact, and I found the whole process safe and reassuring leaving me relaxed and more stress free.  Loraine used fascial unwinding to ease the pain in my lower back, it was almost instant relief, removing the knot of discomfort and leaving me able to move freely in about 20 minutes.  After years of chronic pain I couldn't believe how good it felt and the pain has not returned.

I started seeing Loraine after a sudden and impactful fall, which resulted in a severe break and 2 fractures. The treatment which is still ongoing has made a huge difference not only for the injuries but also for my own mental wellbeing recovery.  I can't recommend highly enough.

My life is a constant whirl of stressful events.  I have found that my time with Loraine is my time to find peace and heal my body.  I am amazed how I can lose myself and that I feel so much better with each session.

I am currently undergoing rehab for an injury and seeing Loraine really helped me to fully relax and de-stress.  It really enabled me to feel aware of my body.  I would recommend it for anyone who has a sports injury.

I have been seeing Loraine for craniosacral therapy over the past year and I cannot be more amazed by the results I see from the treatment.  Having had flare ups of sciatic pain for years, I haven't now had this pain in 6-mths.  Overall I feel more energetic and the treatments are especially relaxing.
