I use Craniosacral Integration (integrating biodynamic and biomechanical principles) to integrate the whole person - mind, body and spirit - rather than merely addressing specific symptoms, restrictions or conditions arising.

What should you expect during your treatment?
At Old Forge Therapies most treatments are carried out with you lying down on your back. You remain fully clothed, under a blanket and the environment is comfortable, warm and peaceful.
I will place my hands very lightly on and around your body to sense and support it's natural rhythms, encouraging the release of tension and emotional restrictions that may be causing pain or discomfort thereby promoting feelings of balance, peace, health and wellness.
I can give treatments 'off the body' (i.e. not directly touching), if this is more comfortable for you.
My sessions are calm and unhurried, allowing your body to respond at its own pace. Many clients feel a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, or subtle movement, while others may notice emotional release or a renewed sense of lightness, clarity and ease.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs in the moment, creating a safe and supportive environment where your body can activate its natural capacity to heal and restore balance.
